virtualbox出现Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908)错误

运行virtualbox后运行xp虚拟时，打不开，出现的第一个提示窗口的提示内容如下：

不能为虚拟电脑 fgtr 打开一个新任务.

Virtual machine 'fgtr' has terminated unexpectedly during startup.

返回 代码:NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)

组件:Machine

第二个提示窗口内容如下：

Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908)

The VirtualBox Linux kernel driver (vboxdrv) is either not loaded or there is a permission problem with /dev/vboxdrv. Re-setup the kernel module by executing

'/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup'

as root. Users of Ubuntu, Fedora or Mandriva should install the DKMS package first. This package keeps track of Linux kernel changes and recompiles the vboxdrv kernel module if necessary.

出现这种情况可能是缺少模块，解决方法：

＃安装module-assistant

sudo apt-get install module-assistant

#加载另一个模块

sudo modprobe vboxnetflt
